Virtual Doctors NZ was started by Dr Edward (Jang Won) Lee, who is a General Practitioner practicing in the Canterbury regions.

He sees 24 patients a day face-to-face during normal working hours offering comprehensive general practice services to the community he serves consulting upwards of 130 patients a week.
